Growing up, my dad would make these Indian panko shrimps for birthday, holidays or treat yourself dinners. It’s comforting as the spices have a earthy, nutty, sweet taste. Add an optional drizzle of tamarind sauce and you’ve done it!

This panko shrimp recipe is ready in 15 minutes. My dad will normally make a simple fried rice type dish to serve with so if you have any extra eggs and leftover rice I highly recommend. Of course add some greens for health 😉.
