We keep it simple for our seasoning by using only salt, pepper, turmeric and sugar! Simple recipe for delicious results!

Sprinkle the white sugar on the potato wedges after they are done baking. It gives the wedges a nice sweet and savory flavor! If you add the sugar before, it may result it burnt wedges.
Add your touch to these easy potato wedges by using a pinch of your favorite seasonings you have on hand. Some paprika, chili powder, onion and garlic powder never hurt anyone!

Our potato wedges pair perfectly with a sandwich, burgers, a nice juicy steak! We enjoyed them with a chicken sandwich and a quickly made garlic aioli! This recipe is one I make at least once a week; definitely one of my go-to recipes.
