Is Chef Kim’s Sweet & Spicy Topokki too Spicy?
As someone who likes a mild amount of spice, this was the perfect spice level for me. I enjoyed the ratio of savory, sweet & spicy; it had me continuously going back for another bite! If you’ve tried the Tteokbokki from Trader Joes; that is way spicier.
Try the Chef Kim’s Rosé Cheese Topokki if you want something tasty but very mild in spice.

I would definitely buy this again. It was perfect to satisfy my cravings for Korean food and was incredibly easy to make. I actually found this at TJ Max and had to give it a try! Glad I did because I will be repurchasing; you can find it on Amazon
One pot recipes are my go-to because you can just use any vegetables or meat you have in the fridge! We normally always have ground turkey, onion, mushrooms, broccoli and of course garlic. You of course can modify with any protein or vegetables that you!
