This pork recipe is very easy to make and uses only 8 ingredients; some you probably already have at home! I love Korean food and this scratches that craving itch.
I grew up playing soccer and when we would win a big game, my parents would reward me with beef bulgogi! So I would call myself a semi-pro bulgogi connoisseur 😉.

Ways to enjoy pork Bulgogi
My pork bulgogi recipe is savory, sweet, salty, a tiny bit spicy and made using pork chops. Serve it with white rice, noodles, lettuce, with tortillas! The best burrito I’ve ever and made was using this pork chop recipe as the protein. So GOOD!
