You will need 5 ingredients and about 5 minutes to make this peanut butter strawberry banana smoothie

I love peanut butter, strawberries and bananas and if you do too, you are gonna love this smoothie for breakfast, snack or even for a dessert! Plus, peanut butter is an awesome source of protein, bananas are great for improving your digestion and strawberries help reduce cholesterol and blood pressure. This smoothie is truly delicious and nutritious!

Peanut Butter Strawberry Banana Smoothie

servings: 3-4

Ingredients

  • 2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1 1/2 cup milk of choice (If you want a thinner texture, add a little more milk. Add less milk if you want a thicker smoothie)
  • 3 Tbsp peanut butter (Optional: Rim the serving glass with more peanut butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth (If you want a thinner texture, add a little more milk. Add less milk if you want a thicker smoothie)
  • Optional: Rim the serving glass with peanut butter
  • Enjoy!
