Ginger Lime Chicken Thighs (Easy Recipe)
Ginger lime chicken thighs are easy to make, gives you a zesty kick and a ton of flavor. Serve with a pile of white rice and a vegetables for a an tasty meal!

Pair the ginger lime chicken thighs with some rice, add it to a burrito or top it on a salad. Whatever way you eat it; its gonna be tasty!

The chicken is moist, juicy and the ginger lime combo is delicious. We will be making this a ton for BBQ cookouts this summer.
Tools You’ll Need

Ginger Lime Chicken Thighs
Serving 2-3
- 2-3 boneless, skinless chicken thighs; cut into 1/2” bite size pieces
- 3 large garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp fresh ginger; peeled and zested
- 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar
- 2 Tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil
- salt & black pepper
- Optional: serve with lime wedges
Instructions
- Prep ingredients according to the ingredient list.
- In a bowl, add the boneless chicken thigh pieces. Add in the minced garlic, zested ginger, lime juice, low-sodium soy sauce, chili flakes and sugar. Mix well and let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
- Using a large skillet, heat the cooking oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken pieces in an even layer (Do in batches if needed). Cook 6-7 minutes, flipping the chicken pieces halfway through, until cooked and browned. Turn off the heat. Taste and season with a pinch of salt and pepper if desired
- Enjoy with a lime wedge!
