Ingredients You’ll Need:

We start out the recipe by pan frying the tofu pieces. Make sure to drain and pat dry your tofu beforehand. Then we cut the tofu into nice size cubes and then coat each side with some cornstarch.

Over medium high heat, we pan fry the tofu for about 10 minutes, flipping the tofu pieces pretty often. This will create a lightly crunch surface on each piece. Add the tofu to a plate and season with salt and pepper.

Using the same pan, mix in the sauce ingredients and cook until it’s thickened, about 1 minute. Add the tofu back to the pan and gently mix until coated. We enjoyed this Kung Pao tofu with some rice and spinach! So good and super simple.
