This Korean BBQ chuck roast recipe is so easy. Perfect for those days where you need to keep dinner simple. Add the cubed chuck roast to the slow cooker and mix in the Korean Bibigo sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours and that’s it! It pairs perfectly with a bowl of rice and spinach but there are many ways to enjoy this dish!

Bibigo Korean BBQ Sauce Review
Bibigo Korean sauce tastes and smells so good! Its sweet, savory and adds delicious flavor to your food. I normally mix together a sauce similar to this, so its handy to have a bottle in the fridge. It’s goes perfectly with beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, in stir fries… the list goes on. I’ve even made a bulgogi pizza using this sauce and pork bulgogi. Delicious!
