How To Make Bulgogi Udon Noodle Stir-Fry using Ground Turkey

Growing up, beef bulgogi has been a favorite of mine. Every weekend I would beg my parents to take me to this Korean restaurant. As an adult, I love incorporating the marinade into other dinner dishes like tacos, pasta sauces and noodle stir-fry. Heres how to make this Bulgogi Udon Noodle Stir-Fry:

  • Clean all the fresh vegetables and prep accordingly (prep instructions in ingredients list).
  • In a small bowl mix together 1 tbsp oyster sauce , 4 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 2 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp garlic minced, 1 tsp zested ginger, 1/4 tsp black pepper. set aside
  • Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat, add the ground turkey, breaking up the meat and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the meat is browned. Add the stir fry veggies and cook for another 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until veggies are tender and meat is completely cooked
  • Add noodles and sauce mixture. Stir everything together for about 1-2 minutes(use a fork to help loosen the noodles). enjoy!
