Everything You’ll Need To Make Ground Beef Egg Noodles
- egg noodles
- lean ground beef
- shallot
- garlic
- garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- salt
- black pepper
- tomatoes
- beef broth
- sharp cheddar cheese
- Cooking oil
- Salt and pepper
- spinach

How to Make this Simple Tomato & Ground Beef Egg Noodles
- Prepare the ingredients; peel and finely chop the shallot, peel and mince the garlic, de-stem and chop tomatoes (with the juice). Bring a large pot of water to a boil for the noodles.
- Meanwhile, heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add 1 Tbsp of cooking oil. Add the ground beef and shallots, breaking up the beef and cooking until beef is browned shallots are soft, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, 1 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper. Mix in the tomatoes and broth. Bring to a simmer and reduce heat to medium low. Cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.



- While the sauce is cooking, add the pasta to boiling water and cook according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta then add it to the meat sauce. Completely combine. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired
- Serve and top with shredded with cheese (Optional: enjoy with spinach/greens)

- 8-10 oz lean ground beef
