Garlic Brioche Toast (Small-Batch Recipe)
Thick slices of garlic brioche toast buttered in garlic. Toasted on the outside, soft like a pillow on the inside. This 12 minute recipe is perfect to accompany soups, pastas and so much more!

The best part about this recipe, besides it being extremely tasty, is that its so easy to make. The prep time took under 2 minutes and baking the toast is about 8-10 minutes. You will need a baking sheet, baking rack and an oven! You can modify and use a toaster oven if preferred.

Our Garlic Brioche Toast goes perfectly with a plate of Cajun chicken pasta or a bowl of chive dumpling soup. Make a garlicky sandwich or enjoy it as a well earned snack! However way you eat it, you will enjoy it!

Garlic Brioche Toast
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves; peeled & finely minced
- 2 thick-sliced, brioche bread
- salt
- optional: chopped Parsley or greens to garnish
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a small microwavable bowl for 30 second increments until melted. Add the minced garlic and mix.
- Place a wire rack on a baking tray. Place the 2 pieces of bread on the wire rack.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly onto the top of each pieces of bread.
- Adjust oven rack to top position. Add the tray with the bread into the oven on the top rack, turn your oven to 500 degree F. and bake 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes. Top with salt to your preference, a sprinkle of chopped greens and enjoy!
