We’ve been trying to eat a little healthier at my house and I have a big sweet tooth, especially at night. I wanted to make a dessert that was satisfying to eat and used some healthy ingredients.

For this recipe you can use the Kodiak boxed brownie mix for the added protein. Since we had a few boxes around, I went with good old fashioned Pillsbury chocolate fudge brownie mix!

These brownies have quick oats and semi sweet chocolate chips for a little texture. We eliminate the oil, eggs, butter and substitute with avocado and overripe bananas! The texture is chewy and soft; so good!
