Ground Turkey Fried Rice (20 Minute Recipe)

What is Fried Rice?

Fried rice uses leftover cooked rice then fried in a wok, normally mixed with eggs, vegetables and meat. To give the dish that restaurant quality taste, we add oyster sauce, sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce.

This recipe is very versatile too. Use any stir fry vegetables you have in the fridge like peas, mushrooms, broccoli. Or you can substitute ground turkey with ground beef, pork, chicken or shrimp instead if preferred!

Fried Rice Ingredients

I like to enjoy this ground turkey fried rice dish as a complete meal. But you can serve this as a side dish just like you would with normal white rice. Making fried rice is a great way to use up any leftover white rice you have in the fridge. Serve this fried rice with these soy glazed pork bites for a tasty “treat your self” dinner.

Tools You’ll Need

This is one of my favorite rice recipes. Its so simple, but so flavorful. you get crispy bits of rice cooked in a soy sauce mixture. The ground turkey and sautéed veggies soak up the sauce perfectly. There are many fried rice recipes out there but this is my favorite!
