Soy Glazed Pork (15 Minute Recipe)
Soy glazed pork using pork chops cooked in a sweet soy sauce based sauce. This dish is flavorful, easy recipe to cook and takes only 15 minute to make!

What You’ll Need To Make Soy Glazed Pork Chops
This recipe is pretty simple, perfect for a flavorful but easy dinner. We use pork chops, cut them into bite size pieces and sear them in a soy sauce based sauce. Here’s the ingredients you’ll need:
- pork chops
- cornstarch
- Cooking oil
- garlic cloves
- ginger
- low-sodium soy sauce
- dark brown sugar
- water
- green onions
- black pepper
- Salt

How to make Soy Glazed Pork Bites
- Prep the ingredients according the ingredient list above.
- Add the cornstarch and the pork pieces to a medium bowl, mix thoroughly until evenly coated.

- Add the oil to a large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Shaking off any extra cornstarch, add the pork pieces in the heated pan (do not overcrowd the pan, do in batches if needed).
- Cook the pork for 6-8 minutes, flipping the pieces and stirring occasionally. Transfer the pork to a plate and set aside. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper

- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Cook for 30 seconds. Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar, black pepper and water; mix completely.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer over medium high heat. Add the pork and cook for 3 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
- Serve with rice and top with green onions

- 8-10 oz pork chop, Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
- 1/8 cup cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar
- 1/8 cup water
- 2 green onions, green parts only, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
