Healthy Beet Carrot Celery Juice

This celery juice is full of beets, granny smith apples, carrots, cucumber, celery and lemon. This has been my go-to juice the past few weeks. My favorite part of my day is when I get to sip on this juice! Its delicious, very nutritious and gives me a kick of energy!

Preparation
This recipe is simple but you will need a juicer. Start off by cleaning the fruit and discarding the roots/stems. You can cut the produce into smaller pieces. Slowly feed the fruits & vegetables into the juicer’s chute. Use a pusher to extract the juice into a large bowl. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until you are ready to enjoy!

Beet Carrot Celery Juice Recipe
Serving size: 2
Ingredients
- 1 beet; peeled
- 4 medium size carrots; remove stem
- 4 celery sticks
- 1 cucumber; remove ends
- 2 granny smith apple(removing the core)
- 1 lemon; peeled
Instructions
- Prepare and wash the fruits & vegetables. Cut them into a smaller size to fit into the juicer chute.
- Feed the ingredients into the juicer’s chute (one fruit or vegetable at a time). Use a pusher to extract the juice into a large bowl. Mix well and enjoy immediately or refrigerate before drinking.
