Thai Wheat Noodles from Trader Joe’s are a ready-to-eat noodle; made from wheat flour, water, wheat gluten, and other ingredients. I typically use these noodles for Asian inspired dishes because the texture is so nice. The noodles are a bit thicker and soft, they soak up sauces nicely and have a great taste!

I personally LOVE garlic noodles! Any time we get Filipino takeout, I always get garlic noodles, pork lumpia and a side of sweet chili sauce! This recipe is perfect for when I’m craving this; which is pretty much everyday! Its garlicky, flavorful and super easy to make.

This recipe serves 1 and takes less than 5 minutes to make. Perfect for when you need to whip up something quickly for yourself. It can be modified to be doubled or tripled if needed. Or you can turn this noodle dish into a main by adding some protein and vegetables.
